1. Cancelling Orders

  • Submit cancellation requests within 12 hours of order confirmation.

  • Once an order is processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Administrative and processing fees of 6.9% + $1 apply to cancellations.

2. Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, original, and include all components and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective, wrong, or damaged items.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued if items are damaged, incorrect, or fail to arrive.

  • Proof such as photos, videos, and order details are required.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed; shipping fees apply.

  • Refunds are processed after the item passes inspection.

4. Exchanges

  • If delivery fails due to carrier errors, replacements are free of charge.

  • Customers are responsible for replacements due to incorrect shipping info.

5. Restrictions

  • Items in transit cannot be canceled.

  • Pre-orders and custom products are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery are not covered.

6. International Orders

  • Customs duties may apply. Returns or cancellations due to customs or import fees are not generally accepted.
